The INAZUMA Extra Selected Edition No.2 is a world blended malt whisky crafted by Nagahama Distillery. It combines original spirits from Nagahama’s Bourbon and Sherry casks, lightly peated malt whisky matured in Bourbon casks at the nearby Eigashima Distillery, and carefully selected overseas malt whiskies. The name “INAZUMA” (meaning “lightning”) symbolizes the connection between agriculture and nature, believed to bring bountiful harvests. The label features the scenic beauty of Lake Biwa and the symbol of the brown-eared bulbul, representing the city of Tamba.
