Nose- Raspberry jam, poached pears, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon
Palate- Sweet berry preserves, ripe apricot, baking spices, and roasted chestnuts
Finish- Long and warming with a gentle spice
Phoenix:
Nose- Honeysuckle, floral notes, banana, and apricot
Palate- Honey, florals, banana, apricot, red apple, cinnamon, coffee, and blood orange
Finish- Medium-bodied with a long, layered aftertaste
