It is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak barrels, and Spanish Rioja wine casks, resulting in a whisky with deep complexity and rich layers. It is a high-proof whisky, non-chill filtered and free from caramel coloring.
