This decadent 40 year old Dalmore is a fascinating marriage of cask types. The Spirit was initially aged in American ex-bourbon casks before being moved into 30 year old Matuselem oloroso sherry casks. It was then married with spirit that has aged in American ex-bourbon casks and Port Colheita casks from 1970. The end result is a dram that is smooth, complex and indulgent.
