After taking some time breathing in the mountain air, the folks at Ben Nevis distillery created a new expression to release in 2021 – we present to you Coire Leis! Produced with pure highland water collected from Scotland’s highest water source, 1,345 metres above sea level, this has a wonderfully rich character that would certainly help to keep us warm on a high altitude hike.
