To celebrate the 2025 Lunar New Year—the Year of the Snake—GlenAllachie released this special 11-year-old limited edition single malt whisky. Crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker, the whisky was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain, along with toasted and charred virgin oak casks. Bottled at 48% ABV without chill-filtration or added coloring, this expression preserves the whisky’s natural depth and richness.

Nose- Orange peel, rich chocolate, and caramelized ginger, interwoven with notes of honeysuckle, buttercream, and brandied dark cherries.
Palate- Butterscotch, grilled honeycomb, and brandy snaps develop into blood orange, poached pear, and cinnamon butter, with lingering flavors of candied ginger and chocolate gâteau.
