Taste: Balanced aromas of peat, smoke, spice, fresh fruit and nuts. It has a chocolate flavor with a peat aroma.
Finish: Full of ripe fruit, the peat has an herbal and malty character, and a hint of saltiness rounds out the palate, showing depth and coastal umami.
