Nose – Bright and complex, with vibrant tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and orange, accompanied by gentle nutmeg spice. The virgin Mizunara cask imparts a distinctive incense-like, sandalwood aroma, adding depth and elegance.
Palate- Silky and rich on the tongue. Offers a smooth sweetness of honey, coconut cream, and blueberries, layered with vanilla and subtle spice. The influence of virgin Mizunara brings a unique woody tone, combining exotic fruitiness with warm oak complexity.
Finish- Long and graceful. Finishes with a lingering blend of vanilla, ginger, and a gentle smokiness, balanced by refined oak tannins. The Mizunara leaves a signature soft spice and dryness that evolves on the palate.
