Released in March 2023, GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 9 is part of the distillery’s core cask strength range, overseen by master blender Billy Walker. It was matured in a mix of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, Rioja wine casks, and medium-toast American virgin oak barrels. Bottled at 58.1% ABV without chill-filtration or caramel coloring, it presents a bold, unadulterated character with layered sherry richness.

Flavor- Aromas of ripe red berries, hazelnuts, and heather honey, complemented by fruit notes, cinnamon spice, and hints of gingerbread.
Palate- Rich flavors of dark chocolate, honeycomb, and caramelized demerara sugar, followed by syrup, mocha, and ginger, with lingering hints of plum and toffee.
Finish- Long and warming, with notes of vanilla, dried fruits, and a subtle smoky undertone.
