2005: Another fine expression from The Dalmore Vintage Collection. This one was matured in American white oak bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem sherry and vintage 2005 sherry casks. It was then bottled with an ABV of 49.3%, natural colour, and non-chill filtered. The Vintage 2005 18 Year Old presents flavours of dark chocolate and Seville orange.
2008:The Dalmore’s Vintage Collection expands with editions bottled in 2023. The Dalmore Vintage 2008 was matured initially in American white oak bourbon casks and then Matusalem sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, before being bottled in 2023 at 45.8% ABV with no added colour or chill-filtration. This vintage shines with notes of milk chocolate and mandarin.

Palate- Rich cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan, and moist ginger cake.
Finish- Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness, and long dry chocolate complexities.
2008:
Nose Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper.
Palate- Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas.
Finish- Vanilla cream, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and light cinnamon warmth.
