Dalmore Vintage2003: Joining The Dalmore Vintage Collection, a cracking 2003 vintage single malt, drawn from hand-selected casks resting in the distillery’s sandstone warehouses. Built around a core of single malt matured in ex-bourbon casks, the expression is enhanced by parcels from ex-Rivesaltes sweet wine, ex-matusalem, ex-amoroso, and further small batch bourbon casks. Bottled in 2022, this well-sherried dram makes an impressive addition to the collection.
Dalmore Vintage2007: A delightful dram from Dalmore, this one joins its Vintage Collection and showcases some of the finest 2007 vintage whisky to be found in the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses. A selection of ex-bourbon matured single malts are complimented by expressions finished in a range of ex-matusalem, ex-apostles, ex-amoroso, and ex-Marsala casks, expertly married in a cask, and bottled in 2022. An exceptional expression, proving that 2007 was a rather good year indeed!
