First released in Japan in 2018 at a time when Hibiki 17 Year Old was starting to be phased out, Hibiki Blender’s Choice has been crafted from malt and grain whiskies spanning a range of ages from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. A more premium, and somewhat harder to find release than Hibiki’s standard flagship Japanese Harmony, Blender’s Choice also features whiskies matured in wine casks.
