Nose: Notes of cinnamon, honey, vanilla, toffee, green apple peel, dried fruits, and toasted almonds.
Palate: Flavors of dried plums, honey biscuits, toffee, followed by baking spices, almond tart, caramel, and orchard fruits with citrus finish.
2. Amontillado Sherry Cask Matured (9 Years, 48% ABV)
Nose: Soft orchard fruits, cinnamon, honey, toffee, hazelnuts, and tobacco.
Palate: Honey biscuits, maraschino cherries, dried plums, followed by poached pear, blood orange, mixed nuts, and cinnamon.
3. Oloroso Sherry Cask Matured (9 Years, 48% ABV)
Nose: Honey, mocha, dried plums, cinnamon cream, red velvet cake, and almond tart.
Palate: Dark chocolate, honey biscuits, toffee, followed by dried red berries, ginger, plum, stewed apple, and brown sugar finish.
